Quizimodo (quizimodo.online) is a real-time pub quiz platform that allows users to host and participate in live quiz games. By accessing or using Quizimodo, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
To host a quiz, you must create a free account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
Quizimodo offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan. The free plan includes 5 AI-generated quizzes per day and supports up to 50 players per game. The Pro plan provides additional features including unlimited AI generation, custom event branding, quiz file uploads, and access to the quiz library.
Pro is available in three options: a 24-hour pass, a monthly subscription, and an annual subscription. The 24-hour pass is a one-time charge with no automatic renewal. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

You retain ownership of any quiz content you create or upload. By using Quizimodo, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your quizzes.
Quizimodo uses third-party AI to generate quiz questions. AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated questions and accept no liability for errors in generated content.
The Quizimodo name, logo, mascot, platform design, and code are our intellectual property. Nothing in these terms grants you a right to use our branding or trademarks.
We aim to keep Quizimodo available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of significant changes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quizimodo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or revenue.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@quizimodo.online.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Quizimodo after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
